The Terraces 55+ is designated for those who are 55+ years of age and are seeking an active, independent, and maintenance-free lifestyle!
Please note, we are not an assisted living, memory care, or hospice care facility. Our community is for those who want the freedom of independent living, with the benefits of a like-minded community!
🎉 Do you host resident events?
We do host regular resident events at no additional cost! This is the perfect time to come and meet your neighbors and get to know the community!
We also have a great group of residents who welcome new residents in, and host their own events as well!
💧 What utilities are included in the rent, if any?
We include hot/cold water, sewer, and trash!
⚡️ What utilities are residents responsible for?
Residents are responsible for Gas and Electric through Alliant Energy.
All apartments except studios have gas heat.
🌐 Who are your Internet Service Providers?
We are proud to offer high speed Fiber Optic internet through Spectrum and TDS.
💼 Do you have onsite management staff?
Our management office is located at The Terraces of Windsor Crossing just two minutes away, to assist you with any questions you may have!
🔧 Do you have a maintenance staff?
We offer a skilled maintenance staff and have an on-call number for after-hours emergencies!
🔑 Can I pickup my apartment keys before move in day?
Keys may be available for an early pickup for a fee. Please contact the leasing office for more information.
☔️ Do you require insurance?
For your own protection, we require residents to have a minimum of $100,000 liability umbrella insurance from a reputable insurance company.
🚗 Is parking included?
Underground parking is included with most apartments, and surface lot parking is also available. Please confirm with management if your apartment will have underground parking.
